We are looking for a Service Level Analyst to help develop our reporting framework towards external vendors by driving requirements and managing strategic change initiatives. You'll become a key player to manage and control our external IT service providers. A future opportunity is for you to learn how-to design and develop dashboards/reports using Microsoft Power BI. We serve internal customers within IT performance, compliance & risk reporting to Nordics, Poland and the global environments where Nordea operates. We report to all of IT and all business area's in Nordea. What you’ll be doing: Act as a subject matter expert, co-create and make recommendations to internal stakeholders Help define and develop our reporting framework towards external vendors Collect and process data into automated reporting Drive stakeholder meetings and follow-up on external service providers IT performance from governance, risk and compliance perspective Review and improve external service providers reporting The role is based in Gdynia.
